Uses and features
CMJ tearing film production line is able to produce flat film wire drawing with recycle plastic granules of 100% polypropylene. New material is much better. The production line is mainly applicable for tearing packing strip for beer bottles, bundle belay, woven bag, cable around of filled with rope, sunshade net cable filler etc.
Process: plastic granule-heating and extruding-plasticizing screw –film head molding-air cooling of ring-traction equipment-automatic wire-heating tensile-second traction-winding finished
